Independent Sales Representative – Maritime Provinces

The Role
We’re looking for an Independent Sales Representative to cover the Maritime provinces (NB, NS, PEI, NL) and represent our brands with professionalism, authenticity, and care.
At Agence ELB, this role is more than filling a territory — we’re looking for someone who will work closely with us and represent the agency with the same commitment we bring to our partners.
You’ll manage the territory with full autonomy — planning your routes, maintaining relationships, and developing opportunities — while receiving consistent support, clear communication, and active collaboration from the agency. You will be the local face of our brands in the Maritimes, backed by training, resources, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.
Main Responsibilities

Actively promote the brands to existing and prospective retailers.

Travel regularly throughout the Maritime territory for in-store visits and strategic market coverage.

Conduct product training, short clinics, and in-store presentations.

Provide consistent follow-ups by phone and email.

Develop new business opportunities on the territory.

Use CRM tools to track activities and support strong internal communication.

Participate in occasional events or brand trainings (within the Maritimes or U.S. – expenses partially reimbursed).

Collaborate closely with Agence ELB on planning, priorities, and strategy.
Profile

Based within the Maritime provinces (required).
-
Experience in sales, representation, or retail — ideally in cycling, outdoor, or sports.

Strong relationship-building skills: trustworthy, respectful, consistent.

Excellent organization, autonomy, and professionalism.

Interest in cycling and outdoor products.
-
Comfortable managing routes, visits, and follow-ups independently.

Self-employed status is essential, with a registered business number and GST/HST/QST compliance (or willingness to set it up).

Ability to represent other non-competing brands as part of a broader portfolio.

Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
